The new skin your bidy has created go you will be a little dry so lotion in moderate amounts wont hurt at all. Tattoos breach the protective layer of the skin. Whilst the top layer of a tatt will appear healed within 6 months it can take longer for the tatt to be totally healed. He also was a month premature which I personally believe plays a roll.
